The only information I collect and store about you is that provided by you when enquiring about, ordering, reserving or corresponding about my products/services:
Records of bookings and payments.
I do not collect any financial information if payment is received by cheque or through the BACS and no record of bank name or account details is made by me.
If payment is made by Credit or Debit card your card details are deleted once the payment has been credited to my bank account.
e-mails containing information or requests are stored on Google's g- mail servers.
Although my hosting company’s (Vodahost) servers are located outside the UK they hold no personal information about you.
How I use that Information
The information above is used to make a record of enquiries, bookings or sales. The contact details are used by me to communicate with you, either in response to a communication from you, or initiated by me to acknowledge communications from you, to raise queries or to provide general information.
Your details are never passed on to a third party.
How Long I Retain that Information
Your personal details and e-mail records are retained for a period of two years after the date of our last correspondence, so that I may keep you informed of price changes, special offers, etc.
You may, however, request at any time that your details are deleted.
Receipts are retained for five years to comply with income tax requirements.
Use of ‘Cookies’
‘Cookies’ are small text files that are stored in your web browser when you visit most websites, to facilitate and monitor future use of these sites. My website uses ‘cookies’ and has been analyzed by Cookiebot as compliant with EU regulations on on-line tracking.
